Alessia Morellini

lives and works in Modena (1985). Her life is characterized by two passions: Photography and traveling. During her studies, she started photography as a self-taught photographer to capture the solitary and aseptic scenarios of the Po Valley, and then moved her research beyond the national borders.

Today she works as a freelance photographer for several brands in the textile sector in Carpi.

Fascinated by the everyday and familiar aspects of the objects and panoramas that surround her, she shows a predilection for decontextualizing details, natural and urban landscapes so that they stand out as alien images.
